CORIN – Polish Manufacturer of Women’s Lingerie Corin was founded in 1996 in Pabianice, Poland. For three decades, we have been designing and manufacturing lingerie and swimwear, combining experience, modern technologies, high-quality craftsmanship and a thorough understanding of women’s needs.
Our headquarters and production facilities are located in Pabianice, in the Łódź region – an area with a long-standing textile industry tradition. This is where Corin collections are created: from the initial concepts and constructions, through material selection and technological preparation, to the manufacture of the finished products.
Experience, Technology and Proprietary Know-how Bra construction has always been one of the key areas of Corin’s development. We create styles designed to meet the diverse needs of women, taking into account different body types, breast sizes and shapes, as well as expectations concerning support, fit and comfort.
Our work combines the many years of experience of our designers and technologists with modern solutions supporting both product development and manufacturing. Research projects and cooperation with the scientific community are also an important part of our development. One of the most significant initiatives of this kind was the Perfect Bra project, carried out in cooperation with the Łódź University of Technology and specialists from the Polish Mother’s Memorial Hospital Research Institute in Łódź.
A Polish Brand on the International Market For many years, Corin has been developing its export activities and cooperating with international business partners. The brand’s collections are available across Europe and on markets beyond Europe, while the company regularly participates in international trade fairs, industry events and business missions.
In 2025, Corin took part in Expo 2025 Osaka as part of the Łódź Voivodeship’s business mission, presenting the capabilities of the Polish lingerie industry and holding meetings with partners from various international markets. The company has also been recognised on numerous occasions for its business and export activities. In 2025, for the fifth consecutive year, Corin was included in Forbes’ ranking of the most valuable family businesses in the Łódź region.
Responsible Business
We combine business development with social responsibility. Breast health education and prevention are particularly important to us. Corin supports the activities of the Healthy Breast Foundation and initiatives promoting health awareness and regular preventive examinations.
We believe that a responsible brand should not only create high-quality products, but also share knowledge, contribute to the development of industry standards and support initiatives that matter to the communities with which it is connected.
Corin. Feel the Innovation.
We combine Polish manufacturing, the experience of our team, proprietary construction know-how and technological development. We create lingerie for women while building long-term relationships with distributors, lingerie boutiques and business partners in Poland and around the world.
Today, Corin is defined by the combination of knowledge, quality, innovation and many years of experience.
The Story of the Perfect Bra
The Perfect Bra project was one of the most important research and development initiatives in Corin’s history.
The project began in 2010. Its aim was to expand knowledge about the relationship between bra construction and fit and the way a bra interacts with the female body, and to use the research findings to further improve Corin’s product constructions.
Combining Construction Expertise with Scientific Knowledge To carry out the project, Corin invited researchers from the Łódź University of Technology and specialists from the Polish Mother’s Memorial Hospital Research Institute in Łódź.
The project involved Corin designers and technologists, engineers and medical specialists. Medical supervision of part of the research was provided by Prof. Marek Zadrożny, associated with the Department of Breast Diseases and Oncological Surgery.
This interdisciplinary approach made it possible to combine practical lingerie design experience with research methods used by scientists and medical specialists.
Research, Measurements and Analysis
The project was conducted in several stages. Specialist equipment and software were used during the research, including thermal imaging cameras that enabled changes in body surface temperature to be observed.
The analysis covered, among other things, bra fit, the location and nature of pressure points, and differences between various construction solutions. A group of women participated in the tests, and the results were subsequently analysed and used in the further development and improvement of bra constructions.
The project was implemented with the support of European Union funding.
From Research to Product
The purpose of the programme was not to create one universal bra suitable for every woman. Its significance was much broader: the knowledge gained enabled Corin to better understand the relationships between construction, support, pressure and wearing comfort.
The findings from the project became part of the know-how used in the further development of Corin’s bra constructions.
Today, we combine this knowledge with the experience of our designers, contemporary materials and modern design and manufacturing technologies. This enables us to develop new styles that respond to the diverse needs of women.
A Project Recognised by Discovery Channel The innovative nature of the project also attracted the attention of Discovery Channel.
The programme team visited Corin and the locations involved in the research, presenting the bra design and manufacturing process as well as the scientific background of the project. The feature about Corin was broadcast internationally as part of the programme’s 11th series.
Perfect Bra – Knowledge That Remains with Us The project concluded a specific stage of research, but the knowledge gained through its implementation remains an important part of Corin’s expertise.
For us, Perfect Bra is an example of how we want to develop our products: by combining construction expertise, technology, research and the real needs of women.
